While in school, I had 18 of 20 consulting firms in the UK reject me for internships because of my African last name. The only two who called me to chat thought I was Japanese and thought my name was "Asemoto." They didn't read the last letter well. It is real. One other reason I came back.

Mati, start by cutting down on excess salt and foods and drinks with too much added sugar. Eat more fruits, vegetables and balanced meals. Local foods like our very own kontomire, beans and garden eggs are good options too. Also, keep your blood pressure and blood sugar under control, as both are important for protecting your kidneys.
