For anyone getting into biology, please consider taking airborne disease resistance more seriously.
It's a super important area of medicine that is a huge cause of death and sickness but easily gets forgotten. We're likely to get many more airborne plagues in the future due to the combination of not just extremely dense and interconnected society (including city and farm animals), but also accidents from bio research and offensive biotech (both from random people and from secret government programs that can easily get themselves exempted from safety restrictions), all enhanced by powerful AI.
Right now, this area is getting way less love than longevity research (which continues to be super important!), but it's an area where there are lots of unclaimed wins that we know exactly how to do (but are not yet doing) with present-day tech:
* early detection
* passive universal testing
* filtration/ventilation/UVC
* better vaccines (including making them open source and open science)
* cryptography to make all of the above privacy-preserving
We can have China-level pandemic resistance with Sweden-level limited intrusion into people's lives, and then go even further. We just have to actually do the work for it.

My attempt to express in somewhat concise terms the true meaning of basically everything planned to happen to Ethereum starting from the fork after Hegota. It's really not just a blockchain anymore. It's a hybrid architecture that combines together blockchains and modern cryptography, to enable much more powerful properties.
FOCIL, EIP-8288, Lean consensus, state management, formal verification, advanced mempool improvements (including privacy), and the longer-term specter of obfuscation all mentioned.

Reminder: you can now sync an ethereum node within half a day and with aggressive settings the space it takes up on disk can be under half a terabyte.
EIP-4444 and hard work by client teams on optimizing snap sync has improved things *a lot*.
Glamsterdam will improve the sync situation further still (eg. Nimbus's new sync protocol uses it)

Markdown has now become the "source code" - runbooks, instructions, state, context, scripts, decisions, specs, workflows, prompts, rules, etc.
The way you manage them in your repos will matter a lot.
There is no one way of doing it. In my opinion, each repo should maintain what matters to them, while org-wide standards are essential for consistency.
Use agents md file to keep them updated with every PR.
Find what works for your team and your org maturity. Organize them well, make them discoverable, pull them all into one place as an org-wide knowledge base, and let your agents go brrrr :)

We thought our data was wrong. It wasn't.
Here's one of his positions: Bitcoin up or down on July 19. - 743,000 shares at 97.9c. $727K in → $15.8K out. A 2.2% return.
That's most of what he does. Buy near-certainties, collect the last few cents, repeat.
$481M in volume to make $970K.
But what surprised us was where the big money actually came from. Not the 98c tickets.
On Kentucky vs Michigan State, he bought three different spread lines at 3.8c, 3.9c, and 4.9c.
$1.8K in total → $42.2K out.
Bucks vs Grizzlies at 5.4c: $1.6K → +$28.7K
LOL Top Esports vs Bilibili: $997 → +$23.4K
So it's a barbell strategy. Real size on the near-certainties. Pocket change on the long shots. And instead of picking one, he ladders into multiple outcomes.
Worst drawdown: just $80.6K on a $500K book. A 98.9% win rate doesn’t mean he’s always right. It means he saves the hard questions for money he can afford to lose.
