I’m afraid this is simply not true, @MattHancock.
In real terms, it equates to an annual percentage increase of 3.4%.
Ie: *lower* than the average % increase of 4% since NHS founded in 1948.
And *substantially* lower then the 6% increases under Brown & Blair.
Facts matter.

I'm getting a lot of questions about this today - China has NOT banned animal testing. Animal testing is still very much happening there on cosmetics. There is talk of some changes with post-market testing requirements. I'm digging, but not finding much to show change.
