@Finnair I’ve had the worst customer service experiences with you. I left something on a plane. your website told me to contact the airport lost and found. airport lost and found said to contact you. Instead of helping me crack the catch-22, agents sent me to the website.
@Finnair your lost and found info for ORD includes an out-of service phone number, and a link to a website that tells me only that I need to contact you, and your customer service reps couldn’t be bothered to help me find the correct info.
No one would escalate me to someone who could actually help. One agent told me she’d email me a form, only to send an email with a link to the website and a phone number that has been disconnected.
Multiple agents refused to do anything to help when I explained that the information I was sent was not correct. None of them tried to connect me to the correct party. @Finnair do better.
