It's that time again. I've recut the showreel. Very rarely do I look at the journey I've been on, always fixated on the 'goal' but recutting the showreel forces you to do just that. It humbles you, it makes you grateful. Please help a brother out. Like and share! #actor

I'm in a poster! And a bloody cool one at that. #actors #CASTING #Zombies #house26 #film #short

I thought this at the time, right get this. Sorted my actor admin out, next day (SERIOUSLY), get a call, week later, on set. Universe man, universe... not only that but the coolest, craziest set to date. Extremely grateful!!

I did my first triathlon the other week. Considering the cycle leg was done on a hybrid mountain bike, I did alright, top third. If you look closely, however, you can almost see the regret in my eyes...

By way of a follow up - heres my not so new but updated website. aaronmackenzie.org/showreels - Showreel for '23 - Mocap Showreel - A scene featuring my writing - A scene with pure emotion, and a fun one at that. I did want to add a microfilm I made, but alas computer says no.

Taken the foot off the gas over last few months and didn't realise I needed the break. Anyway. Back from holiday with the fam. Ready to get cracking, new headshots inbound and update to website with new footage and just a positive can do attitude. Big thumbs up. Here's a pic.

Here's a little film I made a little while ago. This is how bad my admin is... I only just found it again on a hard drive I forgot I had. Have a gander... #film #filmmaker #funding @bfi #actor #acting #chess

Told ya.

Volunteered for a Safety Kayak for an open swim today, bit nervous hadn't kayaked in couple of years, 2 hours no problem. Escorting the last swimmer, 20m from shore, capsize drowing the team radio and any dignity I had. Woops.

To ensure I'll land a role in May - I've filled pretty much whole month with courses and other creative pursuits that will limit my time greatly. Don't you dare give me an audition that I can be excited about, don't you dare! #actor #actorslife #Creative

When #trading or #investing the best advice isn't "timing the market" it's "time in the market". I feel its the same with #acting , longer in the game more opportunities, more exp etc. Cheers me up. #actor #Crypto #performer
