Happy Heavenly Birthday, Arthur Rowe. Born in Tottenham on this day in 1906, Rowe became a Spurs legend as both player and manager, guiding us to back-to-back league titles in 1949/50 and 1950/51.
Never forgotten.

On this day in 2016, Gibraltar was admitted as a @FIFAcom member, becoming the 211th association in the FIFA family.
