Not a single person, which is bizarre that even the “supervisor in duty” has no power. But the inconvenience that caused and the added hassle traveling it caused was completely unacceptable. If your call center systems aren’t updating to reservations just say that @AmericanAir
I didn’t have any reservation for ANY of us. The worst part is that apparently I wasn’t the only customer who experiencing this at this exact same time. Other customers were being told this same thing at others counters!! @AmericanAir apparently no one there could make it right..
Ok now that I have a moment I have to vent. @AmericanAir gave me easily the worst experience last week. After calling a speaking with a booking agent to secure my reservation days before my departure, I arrive (with my 11month old, my mother, and lots of luggage only to be told..
