And a lot of destroyed wealth for capital holders.
Het is toch niet zo moeilijk om je voor te stellen wat het betekent om een grondloze migrant te zijn in Frankrijk? Werken om te overleven, terwijl de blanke boomers de huur blijven optrekken omdat jij productiever wordt.

Als de bedrijven naar het buitenland vertrekken dan gaat het land om zeep. Als de arbeiders naar het buitenland vertrekken dan gaat het land om zeep. Als de grondeigenaars naar het buitenland vertrekken hebben we allemaal een plaats om te wonen en te werken.
De werkers (arbeiders, bedienden en vennoten) betalen te veel belastingen omdat de grondeigenaars te weinig belastingen betalen. Zij zijn hun perceel in waarde stijgen door het werk van de rest.

Nu we hier toch allemaal op de biecht gaan: elke maand dat ik in het buitenland zit kan ik een klein maandloon onbelast uit mijn vennootschap halen als forfaitaire dagvergoeding. De totale dagvergoeding is dan groter dan het minimumloon dat ik me moet uitkeren.
Er is geen aanval op gemeenten. Belastingen kwamen al uit de gemeenten. Als er kosten van het gewest naar de gemeenten worden geschoven, dan worden er belastinginkomsten van de federale/gewestelijke belastingen en naar de onroerende voorheffing geschoven. Dat is een goeie zaak!
Zouden mensen weten dat ge werkloosheidsuitkering ook de lonen omhoog drijft (vooral aan de onderkant van de arbeidsmarkt)? En dat dat waarschijnlijk de belangrijkste functie is?

Wealth = the ability to satisfy human wants and needs. Instead of wealth, tax land ownership since land price speculation produces ZERO goods or service and only keeps the cost of living as high as possible. Land tax makes land cheaper; taxing wealth reduces the quality of life.
