If you're an early-stage startup attending @moonshotbytc on Wednesday and Thursday, we'd love to interview you in person on our livestream about your startup!
Reply to this tweet and tag your company, and our Producer, @buniebuns, will reach out.
We typically have between 10,000-18,000 live viewers on our livestream, so that's a fantastic audience to speak to about what you're building.

Do you think we’re living in a simulation?
This Stanford PhD raised over $300M, now valued at $2B, backed by Fei-Fei Li (@drfeifei), Andrej @karpathy, Greenoaks, & @IndexVentures, to build AI simulations of real people.
Their Stanford research achieved 85%+ accuracy predicting human behavior.
I sat down with Simile Co-Founder & CEO Joon Sung Park (@joon_s_pk) to get into it all.
Simile (@simile_ai) builds real-world simulations with access to 40M+ real people across its global panel partnerships for companies liek Deloitte, Wealthfront, CVS & more to test major decisions.
Joon completed his Stanford PhD advised by Michael Bernstein & Percy Liang, now his co-founders, & is the first author of the 'Generative Agents' paper. That paper introduced Smallville, a simulated town where 25 LLM-powered agents lived, worked, & socialized on their own.
Recorded at Index Ventures in San Francisco, we talked about Elon Musk’s simulation theory & whether human behavior can actually be predicted..

so many people think they are smarter than everyone else. only very few are and even fewer make a big deal of it. I would have been like that after coming first every year in school. thank god i learned from a young age that my sense is very small and the world is very big🙏

The conversations should reach just as far, and livestreaming is the next evolution.
Tech This Week will premiere on my X, LinkedIn and YouTube today at 6pm WAT — from Lagos, the startup capital of the continent.
Thanks for your interest in tech ✨

Excited to share that @swoopappng has averaged over 550 daily orders this week… from a single restaurant! A huge thank you to the restaurant team for making this possible and preparing over 3 orders per minute at peak times!
And we are welcoming our 2,000th restaurant partner to the platform this week as well.
We launched Swoop in Lagos less than six months ago. This rapid growth is a testament to our work to make food delivery faster and more affordable for all Nigerians. Next up: bringing Swoop to more Nigerians, starting with our first cities outside Lagos.

Nearly every phone and computer on Earth relies on one plain-text file to know what time it is.
When a country changes its clocks with a few weeks’ notice, or Morocco pauses daylight saving for Ramadan, someone has to update that file. Since 02005, that someone has been Paul Eggert, a computer science professor at UCLA, who does it as a volunteer.
