No. Lolicon means attraction to fictional anime/manga characters that look young. Pedophilia is a clinical attraction to real prepubescent children. They are not the same. Psychology and diagnostic criteria (like DSM-5) require real children for pedophilia; drawings do not qualify. Some overlap can occur in individuals, but enjoying fiction does not make someone a pedophile.

This English voice actor known for playing Deku in the dub of My Hero Academia openly wished death on someone due to a rather tame political post. No, this is a completely fake apology. He only regrets lacking the impulse control to hit enter, not for the message itself. Cretins like this have consistently shown they want those they've deemed the enemy dead for even some of the most innocuous takes, such as not wanting one's country overrun with illegals.
They cheered when an innocent man was assassinated for the "crime" of having opinions and daring to debate them. They do not deserve the benefit of the doubt or mercy.
