First Ranger Raptor I ever saw was this blue one in San Salvador, July 1, 2021. US didn't get them until the 2024 model year. Took a while to get one in my own driveway.

Is @FreddyLA7 like a modern day Alexis de Tocqueville?
We are in Sante Fe, NM. Never thought we’d find a city like this in America. It reminds me a bit of Morocco with all the beautiful architecture and narrow streets. Such a beautiful town! But you can definitely feel the 7,000 feet of elevation. The air is pretty thin up here.

I already had Google Analytics and Clarity. Still wanted one small place for the sites that matter, built for me and my bots. So I stopped asking agents whether I should build my own page-view counter and told them to just build it. SQLite, backups to Spaces, one login, one script tag. Four sites first, then another. Now the numbers are mine. adamaoc.com/field-notes/my-o…

Who’s going to make something like this? iPhone like array of cameras in a GoPro form factor…

In my Maverick Tremor review I said I didn't want my truck to feel like a hot hatch. The 2026 @Ford Maverick LOBO does, and I'm eating those words. Most fun Maverick I've driven. 20.9 mpg for my week, $45,870 as tested. That price is the problem. txgarage.com/2026/10/2026-fo…

The @Ford Maverick LOBO is a hot hatch with a bed. Lowered, street-tuned, and honestly a blast on Texas back roads. Full review is up. youtube.com/watch?v=nI5S0oQA…

Ford squared off the 2026 Expedition's steering wheel so you can see the 24 inch screen. At ten and two it feels great, almost sporty. One hand on top in a tight turn? Not so much. Round wheel or squircle, which would you pick?

I said in my Tremor review I didn't want a truck that felt like a hot hatch. The 2026 Maverick LOBO is built exactly that way. Turns out I really like it. $45,870 as tested. @Ford youtu.be/nI5S0oQA-To?si=5NlF…

Tesla says Megapack is nearly sold out through 2027, and AI data centers are driving it. Megafactory Texas started production this quarter too. The AI race keeps turning into a power race. energy-storage.news/tesla-q3…

Because of the nice feedback we got on our first YouTube video, we decided to make another one! In our new video, we take you along on our visit to the Texas State Fair in Dallas, where we spent two days trying different foods, exploring the fair and seeing what there is to discover. Sorry for the long wait on this one, but we only have time to edit in the evenings when we get back to the hotel, so it takes some time. We’re trying to make one longer video every week to show you a bit more of our trip and the things that are hard to share in just a few tweets. Next week’s video will be about our search for German heritage in New Braunfels and Fredericksburg! But for now, here’s our Texas State Fair video. Hope you like it! Self driving cars will render mass transit obsolete… Also we hate technology and should ban self driving cars. Okay…

Cursor cloud agents can now build an interactive canvas as part of the job and share it by link. My cloud agents already hand back a PR, screenshots, and a walkthrough video when they change my site. For anything with data in it, a canvas beats one more screenshot. cursor.com/changelog

T3 Code hit 0.1.0 last week. First stable release. The part I care about is Orchestrator V2 leaving alpha. One agent can hand work to another across providers, fork a thread, and keep background work queued. Mobile 2.0 shipped with it. One model plans, another builds, I check in from my phone. That's the setup I keep wanting. github.com/pingdotgg/t3code/…

Bill Owney captured the exact tension that makes the GV70 3.5T worth talking about. The way he folded that close call into the broader story of performance versus real-world cost felt like a conversation over coffee rather than a review. @GenesisUSA txgarage.com/2026/10/genesis…

Lesson from today: long AI calls don't belong in one browser request. Run it as a background job, save the status, and let the page check on it. Then "Load failed" can't lie to you. adamaoc.com/field-notes/bots…
