okay so for years i sat on an idea i couldn't build. treasure hunts that run across the internet. clues hidden in plain sight on x, instagram, tiktok. real prizes for whoever finds it first.

tomorrow is monday and i genuinely want to appeal to founders and employers to please go easy on their remote team members this period. this is a terrible time to be working remotely in nigeria, between the nonexistent electricity, the cost of fuel, terrible internet connections and the general cost of living, simply showing up to work every day can be an expensive and frustrating experience. please be a little more understanding when things don’t go exactly as planned. a lot of your employees are dealing with challenges that have absolutely nothing to do with their willingness or ability to do their jobs. a little empathy and flexibility can go a long way.
