ASSAM RIFLES FELICITATES NEWLY COMMISSIONED OFFICER FROM MANIPUR
#AssamRifles organised a felicitation ceremony at Sector Headquarters, Churachandpur, to honour Lieutenant Obed Thangminsiam on his commissioning into the Indian Army. A resident of Hiangzou village in Churachandpur district, the young officer was commissioned into the prestigious 10 Guards on 07 March 2026 after completing his training at the Officers Training Academy, Chennai. The ceremony was presided over by the Sector Commander, who commended the officer for his dedication, resilience and determination and encouraged the youth of Manipur to draw inspiration from his achievement.

I had always wanted to have a bookshelf, to collect and read books on my favourite topics - Armed Forces and Human Potential. I seek my network’s help to recommend books which I can add to my shelf. There’s no better way to learn than from the wisdom and experience of people.
I am observing a trend on social media. People are flaunting multiple job offers and sharing the company they are eventually joining. It is an opportunity for TA teams to understand their talent competitors and find out who are they winning or losing the war for talent against.
Learning itself is a skill. Unlocking the mindsets and skills to develop it can deliver a competitive edge for both people and organizations. #AlwaysBeLearning #AccelerateHumanPotential
