I don't know what the problem is with Roblox or Roblox's AI, but this is a very big and serious problem, causing many people to lose their accounts that they have invested time and money in, and it's extremely unfair, that every day you don't have the certainty that your account will still be there.
It's been almost 2 weeks now since my account Be_itCool in which I've invested approximately 10,000 USD, was affected. I know I won't be the only one or the last one, but I was one of many who are going through this, and the desperation is very evident in everyone,
I had to create an account on X to be able to do something about it since Roblox's moderation is very inefficient and to get some help.

@roblox Like i said Most of us aren't linked to "ro" accounts so what about the other players that were linked to false accounts. cause being told to appeal it isn't enough I've spent this entire month appealing and my issue still isn't solved. And I have 2 enforcement linked accounts stacked on me that aren't mine???

• Enforcement bans are based on device, behavior, and identity signals, only for severe violations, not just IP or shared Wi-Fi
• They can get bans wrong, and they can be appealed
• Bans linked to "ro***" were a mistake and they've paused the scan that caused it
• Roblox uses a system that combines human experts with automated systems to handle bans
• UGC Creators will face lesser consequences for first-time mistakes in descriptions
• They will be making ban notes have more clarity
Roblox states they ban people based on multiple signals, not just one, including device, behavior, and identity signals, which means having the same IP or Wi-Fi is not enough. Additionally, they noted sometimes they get it wrong, which is why you can "appeal moderation decisions". Furthermore, they acknowledged some ban notices are not clear enough and that they intend to improve that, alongside pausing the username scan which triggered linked account bans.
Any lower-severity violation will give developers 72-hours to fix the issue before getting restricted, instead of immediately penalizing developers. You must report back to appeals to state when you have resolved the issue. Roblox has also allowed other developers to appeal any violation, instead of just the owner of the game.
Roblox will be broadening the takedown types that are eligible for appeal and will not immediately ban UGC creators over their descriptions, instead treating a first-time mistake differently than repeat violations.
Roblox recommends to:
• Not buy, sell, or share accounts.
• Use unique credentials and turn on 2-step verification.
• Use the official appeals process, and avoid posting other users’ account details publicly, since that can complicate reviews.

Day number 24 since Roblox unfairly banned me
I got a little bit of hope back when I saw the announcement about the forced bans I'm really happy that they're finally doing something about it after all the people who were banned I'm somewhat happy and somewhat nervous since I have 6 days left
but faith hasn't been lost yet that finally Roblox is doing at least something for everyone who was unfairly affected
but I still have my concerns about what will happen after the 30 days or if I don't manage to appeal in time

7 days left on My False Roblox Enforcement Ban.
Another day, another update on my Roblox account situation. My account was allegedly banned due to being linked to multiple accounts that I’ve never seen before and that aren’t mine.
please help spread awareness by sharing or reposting this post in hopes of getting Roblox to notice my situation and finally help me out.
I currently have 7 days left before my deadline to appeal my account is reached. I’ve been submitting appeals for almost a month now, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received the assistance/help for getting my account back.
With only 7 days remaining, I’m continuing to document my situation daily and hoping that someone at @Roblox will finally take the time to review my case fairly.
I genuinely hope I can get my account restored before it’s too late Since I've done nothing wrong.

Okay so this is quite interesting , randomly @Roblox asked me to review their support obviously I selected the lowest rating
Then later on explained why because I've spent almost an entire month in my Gmail trying to explain to them that my account was terminated for being linked to multiple accounts that aren't mine and that I've never seen before, yet whatever i write seems to be ignored because after several hours
I've just been getting the same copied and pasted messages or automated messages having nothing to do with anything I say giving me 0 assistance or help the entire time whilst also refusing to give me evidence on how I'm linked to those accounts or any of my data so I can provide them more evidence that I'm not associated with the accounts.

A $10K limited drops and everyone's talking about it. Meanwhile, Roblox's AI moderation keeps terminating innocent accounts, and appeals get auto-replies instead of human review. It’s nice to see Roblox put effort into new items and events, but the players who keep this game alive deserve a real person reviewing their bans, not just expensive new items for the top 1%.

I’ve only ever had one account.
My only Roblox account (notcellasart) had almost 12k followers.
I streamed Roblox on a platform with 20k followers.
I wasn’t anyone special, but I worked hard to build my following and enjoyed every minute of it. Years of building a community on Roblox… gone.
I never had a reason to deliberately break Roblox’s TOS and was genuinely shocked to find out my account was banned… and linked to an account I had no knowledge of.
I’m not fighting for only myself- there are thousands who were unfairly banned.
The world is a terrible place- Roblox is someone’s escape. Their safe space. They have friends on that platform… and it was unfairly taken away from them and they can’t have a fair appeal.
If you are one of those innocent people, I’m so sorry. Don’t stop fighting.
