The FA had a duty of care towards Max. What was his crime? Mildly reacting to a dangerous challenge. Instead of protecting a 16 yr old, you chose to suspend him and promote violent conduct.
Thankfully Max didnt suffer a serious injury because apparently thats what it takes.

🚨 Arsenal's appeal against Max Dowman's red card against Fleetwood Town has been dismissed.
Arsenal put forward that the red card was both wrongful dismissal and excessive punishment.
Max Dowman will be suspended for the next three games.

Proper captain. One of the few players who can leave the game against Fleetwood with his head held high.
Came on at half-time, created five chances and scored his penalty.
Same again at Anfield please, skipper.
