#WhatWeDoInPharmacy Today= advice to a consultant on starting a patient on meds - phoned for the results of a blood level I ordered and advised a dose reduction - sorted emergency supplies for 2 vulnerable patients & pharma care for 75 inpatients correcting 3 errors #ThisMorning
