New season of edgerunners felt like a step down from the first both in terms of animation and story. A solid ok out of 10.

A Blender 5.3 feature I haven't seen hyped up yet is that it can automatically convert all your rotation keyframes to a new rotation order for you when you switch, so the resulting animation stays the same. That's so nice!

You will never convince me cgi was an improvement on this. Hollywood simply got lazy and called it progress

The most ridiculous part about B*ruto is that all the main characters from Naruto decided to have sex at the same time and give birth to kids the same age. It would have been more dynamic if Naruto's kid was way younger than Sasuke's and so on like that.

This is what pisses me off about Boruto. The need to nerf all of the previous characters so they can make the new ones shine. Naruto lost Kurama and Sasuke lost the Rinnegan. All stuff they earned or worked towards gone because the inability to write around it.

Naruto lost Kurama fighting a literal god. Sasuke lost his ultimate eye because he let a kid play Fruit Ninja with his face. Bro’s Sharingan was ordered straight from Temu 💀😭 #Boruto #ボルト

Inde Navarrette studied anime to learn more about storytelling. "I transitioned into studying film and watching movies and asking 'Why do I like them?' […] 'Jujutsu Kaisen' I find to be a very fascinating anime, but why is it so different than 'Demon Slayer'? Why is it so different than other ones? I learned about timeline and about storytelling—how a person can have a monologue at the beginning of the episode that matters two episodes later or even at the end, and that person's dead and you don't learn it until then—and then attaching that to my screenwriting and trying to learn that way." via @THR
