What a historic moment for sports in India, what a glorious win for the women. Big shout out to the parents, coaches and mentors who supported them. Its an emotional moment for women in this country, who have to work twice as hard to make their mark.

More power to such leaders in standing upto this colonial mindset of lecturing people on what to do. Climate change is real but the last people who should be lecturing are the ones who have reaped unchecked benefits in the last century. @BBCNews is an embarrassment.

Ken getting nominated and not Barbie is honestly so fitting for a film about a man discovering the power of patriarchy in the Real World. – at Cuauhtémoc, Distrito Federal

I never cease to be amazed by the blinkers regularly put on by Western media. They are so quick to judge other countries, so blind to their own! This @BBC analysis says, "Western nations have condemned alleged extraterritorial assassinations carried out by countries such as Russia or Iran or Saudi Arabia. They will not want India to join that list." Hello? The two foremost practitioners of extra-territorial assassinations in the last 25 years have been Israel and the US! Any mirrors available in the West?

To expel an Indian diplomat based on an internal report (In a fucking ongoing investigation!!!) that has a "potential" that Indian government was involved in the death of Hardeep Singh Nijjar is insane. Absolutely bat shit insane behaviour form Trudeau and CO.

No we don't need coupons and goodies, we need equal pay and opportunities. To all those women who fight each day to make their voice heard. #HappyWomensDay
Binged watched #Farzi. No one does cop action stuff like Raj&DK. @VijaySethuOffl is too good, esp his comic timing. Of course @shahidkapoor is flawless, but rest of the cast, screenplay & direction is ❤️. Being a huge #AmolPalekar fan, it was so gd to see him light up the screen.

Something quite amazing on 🇫🇷 TV just now 👇
Macron being interviewed by 50 journalists all with autistic spectrum disorder. They ask him questions no one else would, and he replies as normally he wouldn't. Incredible to watch
Chapeau 👏 to him and @France2tv @JournalPapotin

Look at this: only six years ago, 1 in 100 cars bought in the UK was electric. Now it's 1 in 3. The power of exponential growth carbontracker.org/one-in-thr… @newautomotive1 @CarbonBubble
The punishment for urinating on a woman in a plane is a 30-day ban, but for cracking jokes that hurt sanskaari sentiments is jail. We complain about the govt, but @airindiain has shown the corporate sector is as inefficient when it comes to taking a tough stance.
The biggest lesson I've learnt traveling over the years, never plan a vacation from Dec 24 to Jan 2. Supremely overpriced and overcrowded wherever you go. Instead, spend time indoors with loved ones and save that money.
