Thank you @CBSMornings! I am so grateful that dad is on the road to being back at it! So much to be thankful for this year!
Beloved father-son triathletes Jeff and @agar_john are getting back in the saddle months after Jeff faced a near-fatal diagnosis.
In June, at just 62 years old, Jeff underwent triple bypass surgery, but they believe his strong level of fitness due to @IRONMANtri training saved his life: "I was the one that helped save him. So that gave me a lot of peace and strength." cbsn.ws/4iCLT0J
Your meeting this week is some of your best work and you are really good at what you do, I love you so much. I feel so blessed to have the two greatest sisters of all time, just so thankful… I can’t wait to block you @AnnieAgar #AgarBowl
Shout out to @AnnieAgar for getting NFL Sunday Ticket so I could watch a defensive half that made me cry. You da best… until week 7.
Today is World CP Day… I have Cerebral Palsy but it doesn’t stop me #cerebralpalsy #motivational
. I am going to use @AnnieAgar’s words again. Not mine…
D line is doing a good job of collapsing the pocket so the secondary doesn’t have to hold coverage long.
My favorite part about that touchdown….. I’m going to pass out!
I want to blow this up and hang it in my room like a Fathead.
One thing I’ve always admired about @JustinVerlander: somehow, he seemed to get stronger as the game went on. That takes more than talent. It takes heart.
I was lucky enough to see that heart off the field, too. Thank you for the time and kindness you showed me, Justin. You showed me that the later innings can be your strongest—whether it’s baseball or life.

A letter to my sister.
@AnnieAgar dearest, your support love and kindness brings me a joy that is beyond the words of the English language forever more you will always be in my heart. Thank you for putting together the coolest highlight reel for us we love you
With deep love and gratitude,
Johnny
Oh yes one more thing…..
When dad does races with me, I tell him thank you all the time and how much I love him.
Let’s be honest, you can say whatever you want and make it sound as good as you want. What is harder to do and thus more meaningful is if your actions back up the words you say.
I am so grateful to have my @Rifton Pacer to help me do my part for the team, take some weight off of Dad’s shoulders and put him on my back to the finish line. Rifton not only makes great products, but they are also great people. TeamAgar is grateful to have them be a part of our family.
Replying to @agar_john @AnnieAgar
Congratulations to Johnny Agar and Team Agar on completing another IRONMAN 70.3! An incredible achievement and an inspiring return. We’re immensely proud to have Johnny as part of the Rifton community. ❤️
Thank you so much for all your love. I feel so blessed to do what I love again with the people I love. Thank you to Mom for working so hard behind the scenes, my two awesome sisters Gracy and @AnnieAgar for their endless love and support to allow us to continue this.
Good feelings gone… I was almost fine Steven!
She loves me!!! Really she does love me!! My sweet baboo!
