Gwendolyn - Odin Sphere: My first Cosplay Build Thread! Please be kind. It's already mostly finished but I'll only be posting one part at a time so I don't forget anything.

There’s a theory about the survivor bias of extant garments: There were definitely larger people in those days but its likely their clothes (containing more fabric) would be the first to be restyled and resized to fit whoever they were bequeathed to 🧵
No one sees my posts but in defense of AKINO & Smile: below I've linked the english acapella version Genesis of Aquarion anime OP, by GOAT Yoko Kanno (Cowboy Bebop). I'm a choir girl at heart so maybe Smile didn't hit right because this style is best experienced live imho?🧵
Here's a live performance with @bless4_AKAA (Bless4 is Akino's Jackson 5, kinda-sorta). It starts off with the acapella version for a live comparison. Btw they're really fun with the anime con crowd. Check out their other anime covers! 🧵

Sidebar for ALL Genesis OSTs: s/o all Akino songs Pride nagi no tab & Nike 15sai, Michelle, Tori ni Natte, Baron to Taito, Rena, Celiane (Gabriela Robin aka Yoko Kanno) The instrumentals come in a wide variety of styles. Give 'em a shot! end🧵

Full list of prints I'm brining to AX this week. I know the halls are gonna be packed and browsing through art will be difficult so hopefully this makes it a little easier for those interested in supporting my art.
All 6 pages of prints in the thread🧵⏬⏬

Fun Fact: Marcille from Dungeon Meshi changed her Hairstyle 36 times throughout the anime adaptation.
Reddit user /Ocixo has been keeping track of them for a long time.
