A preview of "Skröna" was released today.
It's an app for interactive storytelling. Or a "Choose your own adventure"-style.
The Android/IPhone app is still in Beta. Contact me if you'd like to be a tester.
Test the web-version here:

10 signs you can benefit from the Mikado Method
1. The more you fix the more you break
Whenever you change code you run the risk of altering its behavior. Unintendedly.
MM separates the process from the change itself. Thus shifting the cognitive power to where it belongs.

Why should I care about the Mikado Method?
Reasons 5 of 5:
It boosts collaboration.
Visible work boosts interest and involvement. When a colleague sees a Mikado Graph they cannot restrain themselves.
In less than 13 minutes they'll ask:
"What are you doing?"
We love that!

This was really fun. A bit scary at first, but then it was obvious the people in the audience were friendly. 😀
A really great talk about finding the joy of programming with a REPL by my colleague @pappapez at the FuncProgSTHLM meetup.

Why should I care about the Mikado Method?
Reasons 2 of 5:
Enhance the learning.
The Mikado Method is often used to reach a certain goal. More seldom it is used to reflect over paths taken.
If you go back to old Graphs, you can see alternatives. Alternatives are insights.

I've written a semi long piece about IT-systems and how they're chokeholding us.
It's in Swedish, but the translate function works surprisingly well in most browsers.
