La alternativa de seguir al este de VIK-005 es atractiva, pero allí el bosque es más denso y los accesos parecen complicarse.
Además, si los pliegues siguen la orientación norte-sur descrita en estudios anteriores, podrían ampliarse después las perforaciones hacia el norte para comprobar su continuidad.
Interesante usar el cortafuegos que cruza B de sureste a noroeste; ancho, despejado y aislado de visitas. Esta estrategia permitiría explorar el potencial de B y localizar las mayores acumulaciones de alum shale.
