No need for any composers to confirm it! That’s not Qawwali at all! Qawwali isn’t just abt melody. It’s abt the instruments, rhythm, singing style, repetitive chorus, poetic lines & overall arrangement. U can’t call something Qawwali just coz the melody sounds similar!
