What an amazing competitor and interview. We saw the faces of some of the cyclists near the end of one of the stages and it's such a grueling event taking place in the blistering summer heat. Chapeau.
There isn't one quote we could pick out of this interview to do it justice. If there is one interview you watch today, make it this one with @matmohoric. On n'a pas su choisir une seule citation qui rendrait hommage à l'interview. Du coup si vous devez écoutez un seul interview en entier aujourd'hui, faites en sorte que ce soit celui de @matmohoric. #TDF2023

Inspired by these photos taken of a derelict doorway on Newcastle Road, Corbridge. I have such admiration for @schmattt and his creativity.
bit more colour going in for these door miniatures. #flakypaint Watercolour pencils, so there'll be a few washes before the colour's about right

Polyrhythm is the simultaneous use of two or more rhythms. Tapping exercises with the metronome are important to master the most basic of polyrhythms. And it's something that requires huge coordination [Débora Noemi: buff.ly/3MrlR1E]

@schmattt what a beautiful diary
Emma Dyer documented her 2021 in embroidery “I was inspired by seeing similar things on the internet & decided to do this to document a pretty unusual year. I thought of something to stitch for each day that represented the day.... It was a really fun project!”

Sun is shining in Amsterdam and was also sunny in Stuttgart earlier. I'm lucky to travel overseas with work and meet customers and colleagues but connecting via Amsterdam is stressful and chaotic so I'm very grateful to be on board the final flight home. – at Haarlemmermeer, Nederland

Lock him up. Lock him up. Lock him up.
The indictment of a former president is unprecedented. But so too is the unlawful conduct in which Trump has been engaged. A nation of laws must hold the rich and powerful accountable, even when they hold high office. Especially when they do. To do otherwise is not democracy.
