Imagine a transformation from 210lb non-athlete to a 144lb champion swimmer in just 2 years... Do you want to know how my daughter made it? Read on.
Is it just me, or is it far more annoying to jump on a sales call with someone who reached out to you and knows nothing about you, than it used to be?
In the age of Ai, it seems a lot easier to know your prospect than ever before...so why do they sound so clueless?
Day 260 of the next 50 years had waaaay more energy for cardio and back/shoulders/abs. Felt strong.
The kids have all been sick so I must’ve been fighting it the last few days. Would explain my lack of desire to train.
Good to be back, baby!
Day 259 of the next 50 years is cardio and leg day.
Last Tuesday I found out I have a torn meniscus and baker’s cyst in my left knee.
So I’m working around it for now. 🙌🏻
Day 257 of the next 50 years is VO2 max training. So it’s 45 minutes of zone 2 and about 50 minutes of zone 2-4 training.
This is as equally important to weight training. Build good quality muscle and keep it lean and highly functional.
It’s the foundation of healthcare.
I find it interesting how someone making a tool that he thinks will eliminate entire swaths of people’s work, also has the audacity to claim he is building the most ethical model of the very thing that he says will take peoples’ livelihood without so much as a glimpse of shame….
Makes me wonder if he believes what he’s saying or simply doesn’t care if he’s right. Either way, it’s not good look for him.
This is f*cking insane. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, the man who left OpenAI to build Claude:
"80% of all entry-level lawyers, consultants and finance professionals will be completely wiped out within the next 1-5 years
The ones who survive won't be the smartest people in the room. They'll be the ones who know how to put AI agents to work"
In this 47-minute talk, Dario explains exactly who survives and how
Chatbots → Agents → AI Employees → Entire Departments Run By AI
Surviving AI doesn't mean asking a chatbot to rewrite your emails
It means being the person who can plug agents into a company's work and make them run
95% of people will watch AI take their industry, the 5% who build with it will be the ones companies fight over
Worth more than any $3,500 AI career course

Day 256 of the next 50 years was a long walk with hubs @_ChrisCovington
During these we talk about biz, our relationship, what’s working and what needs tending to, and where we are going.
Priceless.
Day 255 of the next 50 years was cardio and back/abs/shoulders.
Was kinda dragging when I got here, but good music and some endorphins helped.
What really turned it around though was noticing my thoughts. After I said “I’m dragging” I realized what I had done, and immediately said to myself, “naw it’s no big deal” and this next part is the most important part….
I turned my thoughts to business and refused to focus on my feelings. I simply ignored them.
That allowed me to finish my workout, not hate it, and move on with my day.
I didn’t have to argue with myself about anything and simply focused on the next set…and the next.
You really can control your mind. Life gets a lot easier when you do. 👊🏻
Inna nutshell 👇🏼
entrepreneurship is 5 day weekends with 6 day work weeks - @allicovington
Day 254 of the next 50 years is me not wanting to be here. But I’m here, because this is imperative, so it’s cardio and legs.
I was short on time yesterday so I put off legs for today and only did cardio.
Working around this injury will be fun 🙄
but I’m grateful I can do it!
Well damn. Meniscus tear and a cyst. Not was I was hoping for, but I guess it's good to know my instincts are on point.
Comforting your daughter as she works through the grief of a breakup is as close to experiencing my own heartbreak as I’ve ever felt.
This. Sucks.
Day 253 of the next 50 years is cardio and legs. Working on the knee!
Also resisting the urge to blame age for it 😆 cuz f*** that
This is how we’ve built our functional nutrition section of our app 👇🏼
Dr. Jack Wolfson, Cardiologist: "The higher your Cholesterol, the longer you live... if you have low Cholesterol, be very afraid."
"The worry over total Cholesterol & heart attack risk is a fallacy from the 60s & 70s."
"Do not fear total Cholesterol, in fact for people older than 60, the higher the total Cholesterol, the longer they live."
The Research Is Clear. The Higher Your LDL, The Longer You Live.
LDL serves an important & vital purpose for vibrant health. LDL contains the antioxidants Vitamin E, CoQ10 & Carotenoids that kill off free radicals. This reduces inflammation & oxidative damage, which are the true causes of cardiovascular disease.
LDL is a transport carrier molecule, is preventive of disease & crucial for our immune system. It is the carrier for all fat soluble vitamins A, D, E & K.
Healthy Cholesterol Is Needed For A Thriving Life:
Prevents dementia & cognitive decline.
Protects against all cause mortality.
Production of all steroid hormones.
Necessary for muscles & bone density.
Protective against stroke & heart disease.
Important for lungs & airways.
Building block of all cells & mitochondria.
Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K.
Critical for digestion & bile acids.
Immune system protection against infections.
Lowers risk of cancer & death.
Lowers depression & suicide.
Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety.
Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals.
A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.
This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiac health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be less than 1.5
Day 251 of the next 50 years was recovery: yoga and sauna yesterday.
This is the most proactive part of my healthcare. Mindfulness, heat, strength and stretching for the win.
Day 252 of the next 50 years was my VO2 max building day. It was 100 minutes total.
Split between 50 minutes of zone 2, and 50 minutes in zone 2-4 with intervals.
Didn’t have my hr monitor today so I likely pushed a bit too hard today. Most people use them to push harder, mine helps me not push too hard.
Why do I think I went too hard? I needed a nap. I was 💀
That’s not what we want when we train. So, I’ll do what I must to recover so I don’t get sick or not heal my knee issue.
