2 years ago. Feels like just yesterday.
22 years on television together entertaining and connecting with an entire generation.
Thank you for everything, gentlemen.
The drug class we are developing, Claromers, kill nearly all known germs (bacteria, viruses, fungi, and biofilms) with one simple devastating mechanism that has avoided microbial resistance for over 200 million years.
Claromers mimic a natural defense peptide in the human body called LL-37. Each Claromer molecule is very small, only dozens of atoms big - about 1/3 the size of the natural peptide. It is like a spear - a destructive end and a holding shaft or tail end. The shaft side is hydrophobic, which means it is water-avoiding and does not like to touch water. The other side - the pathogen destroyer - is highly positively charged (called “cationic” in science literature), like a powerful magnet that pulls toward anything negatively charged (called “anionic” in science).
Stanford bioengineering Assoc Prof Barron and colleagues wrote in a recent study of Claromers: “These amphipathic peptoids self-assembled in different ways, as determined by small-angle X-ray scattering; some adopt helical bundles, while others form core−shell ellipsoidal or worm-like micelles.” That means the groups form either short twisted bundles, like worms, or small oval shapes like a football. 🏈
The self-assembly into these nano structures I. the watery fluids of the body because the water-avoiding shaft-tails point inward toward each other , away from the water. The positive pathogen-killer ends stick outward like sharpened spears. The molecules stick together on their own into tight groups.
These groups attack like a three-dimensional Greek phalanx, a tight formation of soldiers. Like a football made of spears. The spears face out. Because each molecule is so tiny its mass is almost zero. When the positive killer ends feel the pull of the germ’s outer covering they accelerate from standing still to nearly the speed of light with almost no friction, like lightning bolt ⚡️ leaping towards the pathogen. The killer-football formation hits all at once the with huge kinetic energy and blows apart the outer membrane of the pathogen.
The germ cannot survive. It is destroyed in a microsecond.
Barron and colleagues also wrote: “While self-assembly correlated overall with antibacterial efficacy... Certain self-assembled morphologies seem better-suited for antibacterial activity.” The football 🏈 hits harder.
We choose the super effective oval shapes that mass the spears for the strongest hit.

It’s happening EVERYWHERE nowadays‼️
(Even, or even more so, in countries as little as #Slovenia.)
Common misunderstanding of RNA biology.
Many ssRNAs degrade quickly.
Once they’re dsRNA and or circular, they become propane torch tolerant.
This is well known with Hop Latent Viroid surviving autoclaves.
They don’t need protein coats. They are infectious RNAs that are ribozymes.
They predate viruses and obelisks.
From the report of U.S. CDC published Tuesday,
"drug-resistant germs are a growing threat to Americans..
Drug-resistant germs, including bacteria and fungi, cause an estimated 9.7 million infections and 50,800 deaths each year in the U.S..
Four germs fall into the urgent category, the [CDC's] highest level of concern.
The first is Candida auris, a fungus that can cause anything from mild skin infections to severe, and potentially life-threatening, bloodstream infections.
Reported Candida auris cases jumped more than 50% from 2022 to 2023..
The fungus primarily affects patients in hospitals and nursing homes who are already seriously ill, and can spread through medical equipment such as breathing tubes or catheters..
People go to the hospital to get better, and sometimes they may acquire from the hospital environment a more resistant bacteria than they came in with.."
What am I supposed to do?

China's UN ambassador Fu Cong said in the Security Council what Western media won't.
"The US and Israeli military attacks on nuclear facilities under IAEA safeguards are the direct reason the agency has been unable to conduct inspections."
And: "The unilateral US withdrawal from the JCPOA and the implementation of the maximum-pressure policy are the root causes of the current crisis."
Read that again.
You bomb sites that are under inspection, then blame Iran because the inspectors can't get in.
Beijing also called the European snapback legally and procedurally flawed, and said the E3 never honoured their own commitments.
The meeting went ahead anyway after a procedural vote: 11 for, 2 against (Russia and China), 2 abstentions.
China asked Washington for one simple pledge: no more force against Iran.
Watch who refuses to make that promise.

Uniformitarian theory is not a simply a proposition that the Earth has remained relatively stable throughout pre-history. It is also a belief that there exists only one possible history - a uniform context, inside of which all research must discipline its inferences.
It is an assumption, not a finding.
But the ancients did not view the history of Earth in this manner. They viewed the Holocene in particular as a repitition of cataclysm and succession rites in terms of dominion over the Earth.
They also held more salient and complete records than do we. Those records were destroyed progressively and intentionally. The stone rubble of these libraries cries out in futility to an anosognosiac modern audience.
Uniformitarian theory assumes that these pre-modern humans were stone age, dim-witted, cult followers & that the destroyed cultural traditions were of little, mythical, and inconsequential merit.
ECDO Theory dissents from this uniform a priori mandate. These ancients left their messages for us to find - however, it is WE who are the dim-witted, cult-following, plodding idiots.
