@catalysthousing eventually my husband died before he had a warm bath. You told us spare parts were required, that wasn't true. You only repaired it once MP @VirendraSharma got involved but it's broken again. You promised compensation - none seen. @WOWpetition
@catalysthousing No hot water. We reported a problem with our boiler in a June, nothing was done. It got worse three weeks ago. We had two visits, dreadful communication and no idea what’s happening. Person in poor health living here really struggling.

Sadly my caring and talented soulmate Grant (Matt Emulsion) passed away suddenly on 30/08/20 after waiting for an ambulance for two and half hours. It has been hard and it’ll be hard for a long time but something must be done to avoid the same thing happening to others

The NHS killed my Dad on April 5th and my partner on 15th May. Both highly vulnerable to Covid, neither were shielded and both moved from ward to ward at least 4 times. I have lost all faith in the NHS
