Loading a staple gun. The 2p staple gun trick. Removing accidental permanent pen. Unjamming a copier. Laminating. Getting displays straight. What to look for in a good coat. Applying blue paper towel. All vital things that should be taught on teacher training.

Excellent visit from @gsc1 and their #BodyWorks exhibition. Pupils from Sgoil-Àraich-P7 participated in activities to learn the science of how our bodies work and how to keep them healthy. Bringing together our learning projects of #STEM and #HealthandWellbeing in one fab event!

Afternoon off with my big girl and she wanted to make the Jubilee Trifle! Girl did good - it tasted as good as it looked!

#STEM JUBILEE MASTERCLASS - Pupils from Nursery-P7 used estimation, weighing and measuring to make crowns, castles, Union Jacks and tea sets, organise tea parties and showcase their learning. A huge amount of learning and fun in Science, Technolohies, Engineering and Maths.

Classes took part in an online #mindfulness #Coding session today and learned how to make an algorithm. We are looking forward to getting our micro:bits for more #DigitalLiteracy lessons - combining 2 #SchoolImprovement Projects: #STEMeducation and #HealthandWellbeing in one go.

Yesterday saw the first day of both Sradagan @cnag_Alba and #STEM After School Clubs run by staff volunteers. The pupils at STEM Club had great fun learning about Chemical Reactions. So wonderful being able to support Pupils’ #widerachievements as part of #covidrecovery
