The EU has identified iPadOS as a digital gatekeeper under the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and will force Apple to allow app sideloading and alternative browsers on iPad
Last month, Apple had to make significant changes to iOS for EU users to comply with the new law. Apple will now have six months to make iPadOS complaint with the DMA in the EU
