Personally it's been one of the biggest projects I've worked on, very proud of what we have achieved. The start of a new story.

The new Tricky album is an interesting listen. He has basically moved away from using his voice much now? in terms of rapping or singing? He seems to use it as a background sound on some tracks and there is another main vocalist? Got to say I miss him being more at the forefront.

I’m guessing this isn’t the real James?

How good was this Sensor album though, feel like it should be talked about a lot more open.spotify.com/track/6JA0M…

This Swedish track IS A BANGER #Eurovisión

Really wanted to like Marshals but it’s just not in the same league as actual Taylor Sheridan shows. I think if he wanted to tell this story he should have done it himself. It’s very light, feels very formulaic and just lacks substance. A shame for sure.

Question for Devs working in organisations or companies, are you documenting when you're using AI to generate code? Tags in pull request templates or commit messages?

Anyone see that Adam Kingsley masterclass of how to be direct and get a reaction from his players at the Giants in a final I believe. Old school but sometimes that’s what players need during a battle. Wonder what the Welsh changing room was like at half time on Sunday? #WALFRA

Can we please get Lizzy Yarnold to come an speak to the Welsh boys, I’m willing to die on my sword for her 😅 she speaks to intelligently about elite sport and what it takes to beecome a champion @WelshRugbyUnion @BBCScrumV #WALFRA

Our players are not skillful enough or fit/athletic enough to have a meaningful impact in this game sadly. But why? We have access to the same academic rugby skill and fitness knowledge base as the French players and coaches really. Someone explain that to me #WALvFRA

Yes @MattWeston02 !! Dominant.

Great interview with Gavin Henson on @BBCScrumV last night. He is not how I thought he would be, really thoughtful seemingly grounded & a solid guy. Pretty tough to hear his induction to pro rugby & the drinking culture back then. I do wonder how much that affected him & others

So what can we can do with with this current crop of players to improve their ability? Sort out off field uncertainty ASAP. Then we are looking at a 5-10% level of improvement? Throw money at it? 1-2-1 intensive coaching ontop of regional coaching? @WelshRugbyUnion @BBCScrumV

The moltbot anxiety is real, does anyone know really what people have managed to get it to do without knowing what it’s doing?? See you on the other side lol.

Setting aside the steaminess and one dimensional first episode of Heated Rivalry, its turned out to be a much more layered and important piece of work, for many reasons. Superb job.

Why was the 4 team model with one team being a development team with a lower budget but emphasis on development and youth not pushed more by the WRU? Seems like that could be the solution.

Not really getting anything new from the @thebandGHOST cover of It’s a sin. It’s so close to original I can’t see the point in doing it really. I think it really needed a more big anthem rock vibe or something.

If Ospreys are let go, I can’t see how Scarlets can keep that name, surely they would need some sort of rebrand to acknowledge the Swansea Neath supporter base? If that west wales region is ever to grow and realise its commercial potential they will need support from those areas.

If any of the Welsh regions is showing progression in terms of skill and strategic development, it's @Cardiff_Rugby . The game against Ulster showcased high levels of skill throughout the team, multiple attacking plays, and a high work rate. There is hope.

I was literally thinking this is exactly what was going to be needed, infact probably 1-1 intensive training will also be needed for certain players.

The boys are playing to the best of their ability, this generation of players were not given adequate support during their development to prepare them for this level rugby. Have to say the lead commentator on @BBCWales radio should maybe keep that in mind with his tone at times.
