And that is a wrap and I am now officially retired. 31 days of October and 31 5km runs completed for @prostateunited raising money and awareness for @ProstateUK as part of team @LCFC #LCFC 
  What an amazing experience and journey these last 4 years have been, I have ran at King Power Stadium, Seagrave training complex twice and ran with Filbert Fox and Andy King memories that will last a lifetime   However the reasons I did this challenge was to raise money and awareness for this amazing cause, this is a disease that affects 1 in 8 men in their lifetime, a man dies every 45 minutes and over 12.000 men die of this disease every year in the UK   So please share and if you can spare a quid or two then please click the link to my just giving page below.   Today is simple, one final 5km run to go, £1,200 more in donations will see me reach my target of £7,000 and smash through the £20,000 over the 4 years of doing the challenge.

one more day to Halloween and at same time I will be running my final ever 5km for @prostateunited as part of team @LCFC #LCFC raising money and awareness for @ProstateUK and tomorrow will be a bit of fun as I want to go out on a high and having a laugh, namely at my own expense 👀😂
  4 years, over 625km, 123 runs, will be 124 tomorrow, countless amazing memories, lots of friends who have reached out with their stories of how this disease has impacted their lives and hopefully helped to raise awareness about this disease and got people opening up, having conversations and getting tested.

The penultimate run complete, that’s 30 consecutive 5k runs completed and just the last final ever run tomorrow to go now with a little twist 👀    That is 150km racked up so far in this years @prostateunited as part of team @LCFC #LCFC and an amazing £5,300 raised for @ProstateUK . When I started this challenge 4 years ago never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would raise nearly £18,500 for this wonderful cause.
