Today, Mississippi is executing a man I’ve come to know through my nonprofit, Second Verses. His name is #RichardGeraldJordan. He's been on death row for almost 50 years. This is not a defense—it’s a reflection. I wrote a song about it: Who Really Pays.

I wrote a song to process the kind of grief that never fades — losing my dad.
It’s called “What I Really Want.”
If you’ve ever wished for one more hug, one more laugh, one more “Hey, son”… this is for you.

Reply with a memory of your dad.

Coming out this Friday, “Tiny Waltz” is a Contemporary Classical solo piano tune composed and performed by Andy Tallent, an American composer and pianist. It's a very emotional tune evoking positive and inspiring vibes with a calming touch of soft piano.

There is power in #songwriting. This is a song from an inmate in Georgia at a facility.
How much these guys need the #powerofmusic in their lives. The songs from the inside are raw and real, and the songs from the inside have the power to heal. #prison #hope #healing #music

There's nothing like finding out you've landed your first #sync placement. Hear "It's Getting Better" on @netflix I Am Georgina, featuring #Georgina and @Cristiano on S1E6 about 3 minutes in. You can also listen to it on @Spotify: open.spotify.com/track/7MWiA…
