It shouldn’t be this hard to get a new camera from GoPro! I’ve had numerous emails and odd phone calls, but when I try and raise a concern on the website, it won’t allow me to register or speak to anyone. It’s not a simple process.

Well done @sainsburys - delivery due between 9am - 10am today & due to driver sickness, no delivery will happen. But poor comms when we’re told at 9.45am. Tell me they couldn’t have told us earlier.

I asked for the package to be left behind the giant gate, yet the weapon of a driver is unable to read and chooses to leave it in full view! 🙄
And…my daughter had to go out and lift this in (over 20kgs and awkward - like your driver).

A- your drivers don’t care
B- they’re not read and you don’t care
