Finally finished this thing after ditching it mid way through spline way way back. Glad I dusted it off and finshed it. Model rig and animation in maya. Light and render in Houdini. Everything done from scratch :) #animation

I worked in TV for 5 years before transitioning to feature and it taught me so much tbh. It also tends to be an easier path in for new grads or juniors. I love seeing schools focus on this area specifically.

Anyone know of a sound design student/pro who'd be interested in doing some personal work? I'm working on a dynamic 500f action shot and would love to add an extra dimension with great sound design. Unpaid, just for fun and practice with a large degree of creative freedom 🙂

Shot update. Lots of unweildy arms and odd spacing. But as far as blocking I think it's about done. All the ideas are there. Did a big camera update to make it more dynamic, but had to switch to spline for it to read properly.
