>In 1735, tensions between the Maratha Confederacy and the Portuguese Empire were mounting on the question of Vasai. The Marathas sent an envoy to negotiate terms with the Governor, Luis Botelho, who in anger, called the Prime Minister of the Maratha Confederacy, Baji Rao I, a Negro in court, leading to the Maratha envoy to walk out in anger.
>The next two years were spent in preparations of war.
>In 3 May 1739, the tower of São Sebastião was blown up by Maratha artillery and the Maratha army marched into the Fort of Bassein, ending Portuguese rule over North Konkan and reducing the size of Goa forever.

>Be Vijay Deverakonda.
>A narcissistic male Chad
>Doesn’t even follow his wife on Instagram
>Doesn’t do chivalry
>Made Rashmika beg him 100 times for marriage
>Gives her that stare to control her narrative
>Says he’ll cheat if he feels unloved
>Rashmika loves and respects him even more
An inspiration, a Giga Chad, and a tight slap in the face for internet simps and male feminists who think simping & chivalry is going to earn them respect from women.

We have to cut them off. Revoke their CA trust, cut the cables, reassign their IPv4 and IPv6 allocations for use in outer space, kick them out of SWIFT. Yes this will also make it impossible to remit money to India except as cash.

Crop tops are considered "it" and high fashion in India but in the West only low class people wear it in non club/party setting.

Just like many have learned "izzat", there's another Indian term called "aukaat" which has no direct English translation, but it roughly means "social currency to do something". Too many non-Americans get invested into American ultranationalism and forget their aukaat. Milo got deported, this guy's brother is getting deported.

1. Indian locomotives are state of the art. Also, Indian locomotive factories produce EMUs and metro rolling stock as well.
2. HSR is not wonder technology, if you restrict the definition to 250-300 kmph. There are only incremental improvements needed from a rolling stock PoV.
The difficulty in HSR is not about the rolling stock tech, it is about signalling and scaling up and construction. China wins on HSR because central planning mogs anything else here.

manufacturing century old licensed locomotives is not equal to making an HSR.
