Spooky Season Movie of the Night: HELL FEST (2018) 🎃
Absolutely adore this one. The sets, haunted attractions & lighting are amazing! Love the villain mask. Some great homages to Halloween & we get the legend Tony Todd! I have loved HELL FEST ever since I saw it in theaters. It’s been an annual October tradition & I’m so bummed we didn’t get sequels. This would’ve been a fun slasher franchise! A must for Halloween week!

FRIDAY THE 13TH PART 2 (1981) is one of the best horror sequels ever made.
I think I probably enjoy it as much as the original.
Spooky Season Movie of the Night: HALLOWEEN KILLS (2021)
My least favorite of the DGG Trilogy, but KILLS is still a campy bloody throwback to 80s Slashers riot that I have a blast with. It’s fun to laugh at the cringy dialogue, watch Michael do his thing & go along for the absolute crazy wild ride. Love every single movie in this franchise! 🔪🎃🩸

A true return to form. Yeah it plays it safe & has a cringy Easter Egg or two but 2018 was necessary to revitalize the franchise. The best Michael Myers since the first two & brings Jamie Lee Curtis back front & center as she should be 🎃🔪

Love both these franchises so much but it’s SCREAM. The most consistent franchise continuity & quality wise.
Halloween is right behind it & the Halloween (1978) is my favorite film of ALL time!
