Starting to run again. So ridiculously out of shape that my old warm ups runs are now my workouts. Last week was 1.5 mile runs Tue, Thur and Sat. This week I'm doing 1.75 miles on the same days. I wish I could say these were easy, but 1.75 miles right now feels like 5+ last year.
