Hmm I have tried some combinations that didn’t work for me and ended up putting me out of the PhD group as well.

I have fond memories of a Professor finally getting tired and writing to a club that she has no interest in their activities ;)

I tried but I ended up getting out of the student group at large which put me out of the emails for the grad students as well. I am not sure how this thing works.

The idea is to produce a commodity more aligned with the global marketplace as they (their Big 4 consultants) envisioned it.

I can't believe they went back to this after it failed the first time. I remember my teachers being vociferously against this, saying that the infrastructure and hiring simply weren't there for something like this
Painful to be a student at Ashoka U. A hundred emails everyday from clubs - societies- events that I don’t care - which has ridiculous baity subject lines-that I have to delete to avoid the dystopian reality of 1000 unread emails!

Salute to the #Brazilian people for hitting streets and ensuring that @LulaOficial is re-elected for the 4th time as the president of Brazil. The social movements compassion and committed cadre when in mission mode can defeat the organised right wing forces.
#LulaPresidente
Watched Edge of Democracy three to four years back and I was so moved with how the maker had talked about the deliberate throwing of Lula and her childhood memories of growing up in a different Brazil.
Finding all social media platforms so repetitive. What do you do to break the rut? I feel like I am in a loop- food pic- rage - selfie- screenshots of article- . I participate in it too but wondering if there is a way to infuse life into this.

I think the caste reference brought a lot of people out of hiding 🙈.
A word that I hate - via Malayali influencer space- “thoookum” . Sushin Shyam used it unfortunately to hint at the eventual success of a Mal movie but godawful creators have now used it for everyone and made it a dumb word.

Pazhankanji. Usually leftovers put together in a rice gruel. The rice itself is old- cooked the previous night. Hence the name pazhankanji (gruel made of old rice)
