Next topic: Validation and Transformation. Another article in the backend series: medium.com/@anuragdotdev/val… I wrote about what happens when data enters your backend and how to ensure your application handles it correctly. Input validation, data transformation, Zod, Express middleware, the 400 vs 500 problem, mass assignment, database constraints, testing, and more. I didn't want to write another article that just shows a Zod schema and calls it validation. I wanted to understand the whole thing properly. From untrusted client input to validated data reaching the service and database. It took me a while to put this together, but I wanted it to be something I'd actually want to read while learning backend development.

Everyone in AI right now: 1% building models 9% building actual products 90% tweeting about how AI will replace developers while asking Claude to fix their CSS 💀

I've attached screenshots of the website's Vercel analytics from when the post had around 200K impressions on evening 6 pm IST, so you can see the traffic data for yourself.

hot take: vibe coding is exposing developers who were already bad at problem-solving. if AI writes 90% of your code, that's not the problem. the problem is when you can't explain why it works, spot when it's wrong, or fix it when it breaks. writing code was never the whole job understanding what you're building still matters.

everyone wants to build the next big thing in tech meanwhile, most people haven't shipped a single project without following a tutorial. the gap isn't talent it's how long you're willing to sit with a problem before asking AI to solve it for you.

BVCOE, it's done bro. Well done, @harsh__coder bhai 👏 Colleges need to understand the effort students put into travelling, preparing, and participating in their events. It's disappointing when the competition feels unfair and the host college's own students end up winning under questionable circumstances. Sadly, this seems to be happening way too often in hackathons and competitive programming contests. Fair competition should matter more than college pride
L lag gaye ab BVCOE ke 🤣 @harsh__coder welll done broo
