Deadpool & Woverine was awesome. There is no greater viewing experience than watching a great movie on an IMAX screen with laser projectors in comfy #AMC seats.

Indeed I do read my Twitter feed @DaneCook. (I am old fashioned, I haven't adjusted yet to calling it my X feed.) Send me an email at [email protected] and give me both more details and contact information for you.
I don’t think @CEOAdam reads his X feed but if he wants to distribute the biggest comedy special of 2024 he should find me here. The final edit is overscaled 4k bc I shot if for the big screen. If not maybe @elonmusk wants to do the first direct premiere on X on New Years Eve? I can’t wait to share this. #comedyislife

The use of WhatsApp on Wallstreet and all SEC registered companies is a big problem.
All business communications must be archived, and I know for a fact these players are using WhatsApp to circumvent their communications from being tracked properly

An announced deal ends the 5-month long Writers’ strike, pending an affirmative union member vote. Directors and Writers contracts now behind us. Only the Screen Actors Guild left to go. The world’s movie theatres can celebrate. Extremely good news that progress is being made.

More thoughts Proposal 5
Fiduciary Duties
Duty of Care (is impacted by this)
Duty of Loyalty(is not impacted by this)
The difference between the two?
premierlegal.org/the-duty-of…
Officers having personal protection against the fiduciary duty of care makes sense. As these decisions they are making are on behalf of the company and reviewed by the board to start with. The individual office should have limited liability.

I'm seeing some people concerned over Proposal 5
Here is an article that provides an unbiased view of why one may vote for or against these proposals

This will also reduce insurance costs as well as make it less likely any of these cases come up.
And look. I'm not saying if the CEO does breach fiduciary duties we shouldn't act as investors. There's just a bunch of cry babies who have proven they want to sue AMC over and over

RetailStock coming with the sensible approach as always!
"If it's not in a filing, it's speculation"
Guys - Slow your roll on bonds. Let me explain.
But first: Have you seen an announcement from AA or Investor Relations or an SEC filing? If not, then it's speculation, not fact. Remember the DD oath!
First remember, they brought in $325 million (and I'm THRILLED)
Now you need to understand:
2026 there were three "tranches" (buckets) of bonds.
One of them was $51.5 million (perhaps what some of you saw gone).
There are two other tranches though:
1- The senior secured notes (I've always believed these have the covenant on dividends). These are $1.915 billion. They don't have enough cash for that just yet. That did NOT get paid off, I'd bet a lot of money on that.
2- Another big bucket of Second Lien Subordinated notes at $1.148B
Also understand there is about $103M due in '24/'25 combined (almost all in '25). Remember AA saying we're not past the pandemic until '25? I think that's what he meant.
Hold tight until @CEOAdam or Investor Relations actually says something or docs are filed with the SEC.
Finally - I'm still thrilled because we have enough cash until 2026 imo (even WITHOUT improvements...which really means I think we made it and time will reveal we won) and that means shorty is in big big trouble. I hold

For anyone interested in following the AMC case against the insurance companies
AMC is seeking to collect on the $100m+ for the settlement and litigation fees. Nothing too interesting so far but it's moving along
