The first proposal is AIP-29, which is seeking to become a curated NFT platform for the ApeCoin community. The full proposal can be found here: forum.apecoin.com/t/aip-29-a…

If approved, we would only receive funds if we achieve concrete milestones. Our goal is to use this grant to build up a team of 6-8 people so we can regularly launch NFT projects powered by $APE. Until we get commitments from new hires, no funds are given to us.

We're proud to be the first AIP going to vote that's a business trying to build in the $APE ecosystem. Please vote yes to AIP-29 when it goes live!

Our tech stack is built by @manifoldxyz. They're committed to maintaining and improving it over time but it is already in a pretty mature state. We can launch new projects on our site in less than a day.

We wrote this AIP because we'd like to scale up our operations and marketing team. We're currently a few people working part time but believe this is a platform that will add utility to $APE as well as bring new communities into the $APE ecosystem.

You can find our website here: apedrops.xyz. We know it's a little bare bones looking but don't worry, site is currently getting a makeover and will be updated very soon.

Here's a running list of artists we've collaborated with so far: @SnoopDogg, @champmedici, @wizkhalifa, @MythDivision, @strangeloop_s, @idreamerNFT, @realApePins. We also auctioned off tickets to Ape Fest courtesy of @yugalabs.

We were the first $APE NFT marketplace, having launched 2 days after @apecoin went live. We're a curated marketplace (think @niftygateway for $APE) that's launched 7 drops to date with a mix of up and coming artists and established artists.

gm. It's been a rough week but we want ya'll to know we're not going anywhere. We love the $APE and @yugalabs communities and will continue to build together. We wanted to showcase another amazing Ape Drops partner today: @redapes 🧵

We got to partner with Orangutan Outreach when we auctioned two tickets to Ape Fest 2022 for charity. It was a fun bidding war between @tropoFarmer and @franklinisbored with the winning bid coming at a cool...669.6969 APE.

Elevating the $APE community will always be the foundation of Ape Drops. We're so glad we got to work with @redapes! Helping your fellow Apes is a great way to combat the FUD. If you have anything to spare please donate to Orangutan Outreach here: redapes.org/crypto

gm. Had some delays but we got some cool announcements this week. In the meantime we wanted to showcase all the amazing creators that we're worked with so far. We're a platform for artists to bring their projects to the $APE community! First up: the doggfather himself @SnoopDogg

Ape Drops are meant to be enjoyed as pieces of art, music or merch but we are working with @manifoldxyz on building some cool features on our website to make it fun to enjoy your drops.

Creators take the majority of sales for every drop we do so please continue to support all the amazing artists, musicians and designers that launch on Ape Drops! We'll be coming back tomorrow to showcase another Ape Drops artist :)
