in our simulations we expect to fill hlevm blocks rather quickly, and will be requesting an increase to hlevm block space to increase our throughput (currently ~20/30 confirmed open/closes per second)
this will be the first app using precompiles heavily (that i know of) and should drive massively increased activity and gas spend on hlevm
