Previous Announcements and Guidance The schedules and procedures for legacy APM withdrawals and new token claims were communicated in advance through multiple announcements. Please refer to those announcements and the FAQ on our official claim site for details. 2. Claims for APM Held on Exchanges If your tokens remain on an exchange where legacy APM withdrawals have ended, please check whether the exchange supports claims for the new APM. If supported, the exchange must claim directly through its custody wallet. Distribution procedures and timing for individual holders will follow the exchange’s guidance. 3. Claim Process and Important Information The legacy ERC-20 APM contract has been permanently terminated, and these tokens can no longer be transferred. New APM can only be claimed using wallets recorded in the final snapshot during the designated claim periods. Genesis Claim operates through a decentralized smart contract. No party, including the Foundation, can move allocations to another wallet or modify the claim and burn rules. The Foundation therefore cannot arrange separate distributions or reassign allocations to personal wallets. Please understand that we are unable to respond individually to inquiries about matters already addressed.
