Miller v Chief Constable @LincsPolice As a serving officer with access to police databases, PC Watson stalked me and my family for 18 months. When he was sacked for dishonesty and gross misconduct by Leicestershire, he complained to Lincolnshire Police. Detectives believed him, and recorded me as the criminal and him as the victim. These facts are uncontested. All sides agree. The question is: Was this lawful? What do you think? Please tag @LincsPolice @GBNEWS @JuliaHB1 @AllisonPearson

This is becoming absolutely ridiculous. Just a quick update on the case, I’ve received a phone call from the Metropolitan Police informing me that the case has been dropped with no further action. I’ve been arrested seven times simply for expressing my views, yet I’ve never been charged. Just endless stress, anxiety, and nights spent in a cell.

This is a disappointing
In an interview with Paul Thorpe broadcast on 11 May 2026, I alleged that Mr Harborne had fixed the 2019 General Election result by conspiring with the then Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, and the then leader of the Brexit Party, Nigel Farage, to ensure a majority for Mr Johnson's party by agreeing to pay each of them £1 million, which he duly did in November 2022, in return for the Brexit Party standing down all 317 of its candidates for Conservative-held seats. I made that allegation in reliance on information I had been given. I now accept that the information did not provide a sufficient basis for so serious an allegation, and I should not have made it. I withdraw that allegation and apologise to Mr. Harborne for the distress caused.

I have read some suggestions that police officers who take their own lives while under investigation do so because they “cannot face up to their guilt”. That is an extraordinarily simplistic and dangerous assumption. It also betrays a profound lack of understanding of just how punitive, protracted and opaque the process of holding police officers to account has become. I have worked in Policing Professional Standards. I believe absolutely in holding police officers to the highest standards. But accountability without due process is not accountability. Research has examined the psychological impact of misconduct investigations on officers who were ultimately exonerated. That fact alone should give people pause before casually equating distress with guilt. An allegation can mean suspension, professional isolation, reputational damage, family and financial pressure, and months or even years of uncertainty. For a police officer, their profession is often a significant part of their identity. Being removed from it while an allegation hangs over them can have profound consequences. And being cleared does not simply put everything back together. Some officers will never return to the operational confidence, professional identity or psychological wellbeing they had before the investigation began. Exoneration cannot return the months or years taken from them. Many will never get promoted again no matter how competent they are. Police officers must be accountable for wrongdoing. Equally, the institutions investigating them must be accountable for how they investigate. Due process, timely investigations, transparency and procedural fairness are not protections from accountability. They are what makes accountability legitimate.

(Source : Le Monde, 28 octobre 2026)

If there is going to be a Revolution in France then this may well be the trigger. The Left attempt to burn down Paris and the authorities seek to suppress the Right.
To the armchair experts and the media critics, once again, leaving it to the experts is perhaps best.
UK Counter Terrorism Policing chief Laurence Taylor suggests the RAF Fairford suspects were released on bail as part of a tactical move by investigators to collect more evidence, which he says was successful “We know that decisions made during our investigations can sometimes appear illogical to those on the outside, but I want to make it very clear, that there will always be good reason, or rationale behind them. We will always ensure that, should we identify any ongoing threat, we will manage that as part of the investigation. “Like our adversaries, our tactics vary – and may not always be obvious. “In this case, this decision-making has led to swifter progress, better evidence and ultimately us securing the charges I have announced today. “In sensitive investigations like this, it can take time to convert intelligence, into evidence and that is what scores of my officers and staff have been doing over the last few weeks.”

London faces two great problems: Policing and Housing Affordability. For me, this is personal. I’m running for Mayor of London to fix the Met, and get London building again.

After the death of a young man three police officer made comments nobody else was really meant to hear, And beyond a barely related IOPC investigation they wouldn’t have been. But now those officers fund themselves the subject of an investigation and criticism by those outside of their world. But before we join that cacophony of damnation read this. dominicadler.substack.com/p/…

And coming not long after some worrying observations around the police response to incidents during the 7th October protest. Are they running out of officers or is the organisation simply collapsing
Yesterday a pro-Pally protest opp Downing Street was unpoliced. There was an incident involving a alleged religiously aggravated assault & some obstruction of traffic. Anyone confirm or deny a rumour that BCU's will now be responsible for their own public order events not MO6. It could have been officers were diverted to disorder at the Ballon d'Or event but had pro-Israeli counter-protesters turned up last night it could have got very ugly.

Unpaid Council Tax is up from £4.5billion to £7.5billion in four years. The Labour government's tax on London is going to make this worse. I am running for Mayor to fight for a better settlement for our city.
