The pastor of your local church.
The one that stands on the pulpit in front of you every Sunday. He’s the biggest scam victim and that’s why you argue this.
This is how a church works.. they plant a new branch and pick an overzealous man with charisma to lead it.
He raises the building from his pocket, gathers the members, collect their tithe and offerings, removes necessities and sends it to the higher ups and they’ll do the same till it’s back in the General Overseer’s pocket.
When times are tough, he’ll reach into his own pocket to keep the church afloat. His life is the church and his wife and children only get whatever time or money is left.
Maybe he does it cause he believes so much. I can’t say. I doubt it tho.
I believe he does it cause he’s been told by said higher ups he’s been called by God.. and he’s told everyone same…he’s not gonna let that supernatural calling fail.
The sunk cost allows him to delude himself to any and all extents to keep the members in the church.
He is now making some success but a new target has come from the zonal headquarters and he also has to keep this hard-work, and members he’s gathered from dwindling….
He’s only human after all, so he keeps giving, and building and growing until he eventually looses sight of why he joined the church. All that matters now is the vision and mission of the organization. His core members(the church workers) would follow him too and somewhere along the line, fellowship becomes less important than the organization’s targets.
If you need spiritual balance, you have a better chance finding it at home than at some building. If you need community, gather like minded friends.
Any church where the money flows upward and the accountability for how that money is spent doesn’t flow downwards, it’s safe to assume it’s just another scamming business and stay clear.

Remembered when my guy told his principal this during NYSC, said he’s not looking decent with braids that as a Muslim has he seen his alfa with braids? Guy told him Muslims are supposed to follow the teachings of the prophet and the prophet used to braid his hair [silence ensued]

i've had my own experience with something like this, and honestly, it's funny how these things play out.
you start working, everybody has big plans, promises and projections about what things will become.
then when it's time to actually address payment, somehow the conversation shifts to what you did or didn't do. at some point, I even got called money-minded for bringing it up. 😂😭
lmao, crazy stuff

So, guys, I built OPOLO.
The inspiration behind OPOLO was that I wanted a simple, fun way to turn brain training into something people would actually want to come back to. Instead of making cognitive exercises feel like tests, I wanted to create a playful arcade experience, short challenges that train memory, focus, pattern recognition, recall, and language skills (This one is coming soon)
OPOLO is inspired by the idea that improving your mind does not always have to feel serious or difficult. A few minutes of play can become a small daily habit of concentration, curiosity, and mental sharpness.
With this OPOLO game, I aim to create a space where anyone can challenge themselves, track progress, and enjoy improving over time. The current version includes multiple mini-games, local progress tracking, an interactive card-based interface, and a temporary leaderboard.
Even though we need AI, it should not fry our brain.
OPOLO is here to fill the gap.
Try OPOLO Out at : opolo.netlify.app/
Pls, give me feedbacks.
See yall on the leaderboard.
$5,000 in cash prizes for games made with AI.

That one time I wanted to finger myself but ran out of lube so I used mayonnaise instead and days later I started having random orgasms just to discover I had maggots that formed from the mayonnaise left inside

Quick one for Nigerian business owners.
If you’re trying to get a D-U-N-S number for your company, I can help you handle the process.
Especially if you’re registering an organization account on:
• Google Play Console
• Apple Developer Program
I offer assistance with checking existing records, preparing your business information, submitting registration requests, and following up on issues.
You focus on running your business. I’ll help you navigate the paperwork.
DM me “DUNS” if you need assistance.
Reposts are appreciated too. Someone on your timeline might need this.
Imagine spending ₦5 million building an app, only to discover you can’t publish it under your company’s name yet.
Not because the app is broken.
Not because your developers did a bad job.
But because you haven’t completed your business verification.
For companies looking to publish on Google Play or the Apple App Store, one of the things you may need is a D-U-N-S number.
It’s a 9-digit identifier used to verify your business.
As a software developer, I’ve seen how much work goes into getting an app ready for launch. The last thing you want is administrative paperwork delaying everything.
I help Nigerian businesses with the D-U-N-S registration process.
Building an app or planning to publish one under your company?
Send me a DM. Let’s get the verification side sorted.
