Asmita Pradhan

I am looking for you.  If you are... - with a creative / branding / communication agency in India - sick and tired of how soulless these companies have become - are ok with upto 1 lakh a month kind of fee / salary / stipend  - looking to build something that has your imprint on it What is NOT important? (In no order)  - your age - your location - your background - your experience - your opinion on Starbucks  What IS important? (In order)  - you are willing to word HARD - you love ambiguity.  - you get excited about solving problems  - you are easygoing, flexible, resourceful, high agency and tasteful (lol - tell me why lol) - you know what’s broken about business of communication - you believe that people are wonderful - work-life harmony > work-life balance - you are all-in on AI - you can write well - you have a distinct perspective and a point of view  - you believe that you want to make a dent in the universe and communication could be an enabler for that  If this resonates, please run a search about me or @c4ein. And then find my email address and email me, why you. And include names and contacts of two people who I can talk to about you.  PS: In plain speak, I am trying to find someone to take The C4E Village forward and upward. You would work alongside me and people at the village - each person is HANDpicked and carefully curated. And we know that it’s you accepting us as much as we looking for you. For work, we partner with brands and people to work on brand, strategy, communication challenges. For vibes, among other things, we book domain names, write books, make films, build platforms for everyone to see further, dream of a utopian world, engage in tomfoolery.  PPS: If this is not for you, please do share this to someone who may benefit. After all, sabka saath, sabka vikas.
