Instead of treating leverage as a simple borrowing mechanism, 2Factor uses a two-tranche structure:
A funding mechanism helps balance demand between senior and junior capital, while weekly tranche rotations aim to maintain continuous exposure.
It’s a different approach to distributing Bitcoin volatility, risk, and yield.
Of course, leverage still involves risk, and downside protection isn’t unlimited. But I think the underlying concept is worth exploring.
