A section of border wall that the federal government planned to build along a South Texas wildlife refuge could end up cutting through the refuge instead. The proposed change attempts to resolve a legal dispute in which government contractors are accused of trespassing on property near the refuge. texastribune.org/2026/10/26/…

Is it normal for an anonymous Wyoming LLC that sent mass mailers impersonating a transgender advocacy group to hire the lawyer who defended TX Attorney General Ken Paxton from impeachment in response to a court filing seeking to depose people who could unmask the LLC's owners

BREAKING: A top GOP official accidentally said on a hot mic, “If Netanyahu loses reelection in Israel, and Democrats in the US win subpoena power in both chambers of Congress, all I can say is Jared Kushner is completely, totally, utterly, historically, spectacularly f*cked.”

It’s time to vote corruption and abuse of power out of the Texas AG’s office.
After 12 years of Ken Paxton, we need an Attorney General who will put the rule of law over politics, and the public good over a personal agenda.
Gina Hinojosa will win.
James Talarico will win.
Vikki Goodwin will win.
Get out and vote, end the bullshit.

It should never be forgotten that Ken Paxton was a leader in the coup to nullify the election of Joe Biden. He filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court to challenge the 2020 election results in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin even though he was the AG for Texas. His suit was quickly tossed by the Court. On January 7th Paxton claimed the insurrection of the previous day was the work of antifa. This lie was quickly disproven.
On the 7th 46 state attorneys general disavowed the violence of the 6th in a letter to the Acting Attorney General of the U.S. A few days later three more AGs sent their own letter in condemning the violent insurrection. Only Ken Paxton failed to sign either letter.
I need @nickshirleyy campaigning in Texas tomorrow since this went so well.
