Yes Ryan poles drafted an all pro RT and yes he drafted Caleb Williams and yes he got Ben Johnson to coach the team and yes he also got us Luther Burden, Rome Odunze, Kyle Monangai, Colston Loveland, Dillon Thieneman, Malik Muhammad, Joe Thuney and Jonah Jackson and yes he’s given us a healthy cap and has been great at adding additional draft capital with frugal trades BUT he didn’t trade for a player who didn’t want to come to the Bears who I personally wanted, so he completely sucks his job.
