“Comrade, if you had five houses, would you give four to the Party?"
Of course Comrade, for the sake of the revolution!"
“And if you had five luxury cars l, would you give four to the state?"
“Without hesitation Comrade! The working class comes first."
“And if you had five iPhone 18 Pros, would you give four to your neighbors?"
“Why not! The proletariat must share in technology!"
“And if you had five chickens would you give four to your commune?”
“No way! Absolutely not!"
“But why? You are willing to give up houses, cars, and iPhones but you won't part with a few chickens? Why?”
“Because I actually have five chickens!"
Being born into affluence, possessing a luxury automobile, or belonging to a political dynasty does not inherently invalidate one’s commitment to communism. #Communism is an ideological conviction, not a certificate of poverty.
I often tell my students that, philosophically speaking, a baby’s first cry may be interpreted as the most rudimentary assertion of a fundamental right, the instinctive demand for nourishment, care, and survival. Although an infant is incapable of comprehending political ideology, that primordial cry symbolises an innate human need and the instinct to secure what is essential for existence.
Therefore, before branding @neha_aisa Neha Bora a fraud merely because she or her family may possess an expensive car, we must learn to distinguish ideological commitment from personal affluence. Scrutinise her arguments, interrogate her actions, and expose any demonstrable contradictions in her principles. But condemning someone’s political convictions solely on the basis of their family’s wealth is intellectual superficiality, not a substantive critique of ideology.
yeah..60k hustlers in same market as me. my resume is not going to get shortlisted damn
Microsoft offer voluntary retirement to 27%
1) MS wants ~60,000 employees (27% global workforce) to consider voluntary exit offers (VEO)
2) Employees can choose to leave with financial compensation (or may not choose to)
3) Four countries: US, UK, Canada and India. Only selected teams qualify (level 70 and below)
4) Depts. affected: Copilot, AI, Windows, Xbox, Finance and HR, among others
5) Compensation: Severance based on seniority and tenure; no universal payout announced.
Reason?
Microsoft is controlling costs while pouring billions into AI infrastructure.
Why termed "buyout"?
A buyout is an offer by an employer to pay employees money and benefits to voluntarily leave their jobs, helping the company reduce workforce costs without imposing compulsory layoffs on employees.
A warning
As expected, tech companies will see the impact of AI restructuring first. The jobs landscape may change beyond tech, soon.

To be honest, we shouldn't always be complaining, he has actually done this and 12 lakh Tax free is good for many people. 1 lakh per month is good income in most places in India. But problem is only 3 to 4% of Indian population pay tax.
Government job is to whatever it get from tax, multiply it and return to tax payer as good infrastructure, safety, security, clean environment, jobs etc.
Since Modi was always seen as business favored form his background and from where he came from, I was surprised not to see the growth I was expected when he first come on 2014, but that happens when you promise star and delivers moon.
